The online therapeutic support is an opportunity for you to listen to 6 guided centring videos. This has been created from being inspired by the conversations that have been had within the parent support group and thousands of hours supporting individuals over the last decade.

Through the years it has been identified the growing desire and need to create a space to rediscover feeling supported along this journey. Especially as the pace of life continues to move faster, mental health becoming more unstable and most of all us feeling more alone and isolated especially when it comes to life problems.

We have created this to be online to increase the instant support you can receive instead of getting stuck on another waiting list. We are also aware of the busy schedules you have, of emails, appointments, care demands and so much more and the need for the flexibility and accessibility to fit into your busy routines. These 6 videos are a portable support network that you can tap into and connect with wherever you are and whenever you want/need, with the same therapeutic impact of a session.

Through this portal that connects us all, it will provide us with a chance to renegotiate some of the experiences and conversations that wehave had, and the stacking effect of stressful moments that accumulate over the days, weeks, and years. Which over time can impact upon our health, decisions and capacity to cope.

You will also have the opportunity if your curiosity has been sparked to delve into areas of scientific background around the 6 topics. This includes a brief description, supporting video and a research article, to begin to provide the knowledge around its ok to not be ok, and why the video Naomi has recorded helps on all levels. Sometimes its through the understanding of why we feel the way we do that provides us with the confidence that we can alter and change it, because there is nothing more fearful than thinking this is how life is now going to be.

'I work as a therapist in private practice and Naomi/ Spirit of the Phoenix has regularly been a resource I go to for training, CPD and information. Her EAT training is fantastic and her writings have been really useful too. So it seemed an obvious choice for me to access the support portal.
