Group Sessions

Are you part of an organisation or perhaps you run a therapy group, or charity for people who may benefit from the opportunity to be outside and interact with the horses?

“Sometimes it’s the people no one imagines anything of who do the things that no one can imagine.” From the movie, The Imitation Game

Our 12 week course provides the opportunity and environment to help a group to explore new concepts and overcome personal obstacles.

Providing them with an opportunity to gain new memories in our group facilitated sessions.

'I’ve been staying in a lot recently and didn’t realise how much this had affected my confidence. Working with the horses has really helped'
No glass ceilings!

We don't believe in limiting people, so we will tailor the sessions to include as much or as little as necessary.

'It got rid of my anxiety today, I feel much calmer now. I'd like to work with horses again'

It is important to note that these can and will be tailored to the group leaders wishes and any goals that the group or individual may have set for the day.

'it was phenomenal watching the way that people came out of themselves'

Organisations we have run the programme for:

Natures Laws 12 Week programme

We run a 12 week programme where we see a group of between 4-8 individuals. As part of the programme there will be theory, practical and homework to be carried out based around personal development, mental health and reconnecting, using mother natures 12 laws as our framework.

Week One– Law of oneness (we are all connected, we are all one. We are all part of a whole, that means all of humanity, all of nature are all one)

Outcome: To understand relationships, the different types for example family, partners, friends and work.

To identify your needs in a relationship and another person’s needs.

To learn to form relationships that are co-creative rather than competitive

Understanding group dynamics.

Week Two- Law of vibration (just as a pebble create vibrations that appear as ripples, which travel outward in a body of water, your thoughts create vibrations that travel outward into your life and attract similar vibrations that create circumstances in  your life)

Outcome: To learn about the emotional scale and how we move up and down the scale each day.

Create tools to be able to move from the lower level emotions of shame and guilt through anger to acceptance about specific memories or future challenges they may face.

Week Three- Law of action (you must do the things and perform the actions necessary to achieve what you are setting out to do)

Outcome: To create a tool of time management, identifying an individual’s natural behaviour of- on time, late or early.

Understand the use of time as a tool and areas they need to have better time management, especially when making changes to their weekly routine (for example learning not to say I don’t have enough time as avoidance behaviour).

Discussing the feelings and emotions around getting up 30 minutes earlier to complete their new morning routine and the challenges it has presented or why it not be being completed.

Start to introduce self- discipline (small acts done daily make a big difference).

Understand the difference between natures clock and societies clock and when to use the different clocks.

Week Four- Law of correspondence (our current reality is a mirror of what is going on inside of us)

Outcome: To identify and understand the three types of health mental, physical and emotional.

To identify activities that promote these three areas to thrive and activities that effect these areas.

To identify people who promote these three areas and people that affect these three areas.

Week Five- Law of cause and effect (every single action we take creates a reaction)

Outcome: Learning about the power of self- image and identifying the image they have of themselves currently and the image they would like to see.

Creating the tool to adapt and change their internal self-image.

Understanding the grieving process of loss of self when changing as a person.

Week Six- Law of compensation (we reap what we sow)

Outcome: Learning to say yes and receive opportunities when they present themselves.

Creating the tool to manage fear and anxiety when taking a new opportunity and create an understanding of a support network.

Developing boundaries and understanding the difference between assertiveness and aggressiveness.

Learning to make the ‘what if’ work for you not against you.

Week Seven- Law of attraction (we attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on)

Outcome: To know the difference between armchair dreamer and dream doer.

To understand and learn why it is necessary to have goals (purpose make progress) and how they as an individual achieve their goals.

Learning to be focused but flexible.

Week Eight- Law of relativity (nothing is good or bad, it’s just is, we decide what something is through what it is compared to)

Outcome: Create your own emotional fire drill of what to do when in a crisis and what to do when you feel yourself spiralling down.

Week Nine- Law of transmutation of energy (nothing can be created or destroyed only transforms, it’s our free will that chooses what an experience transforms into)

Outcome: To identify how you as an individual learns.

Understanding the learning process and the response of the subconscious.

How you can change the current situation through changing your perception and learning to identify when something needs to externally change or internally change.

Week Ten- Law of polarity (everything has an opposite)

Outcome: Learning what is communication verbal and non-verbal and being able to speak both.

Learning how to communicate with others.

Learning how you talk to yourself.

The power of body language and how it dissolves away blockages moving forward.

Week Eleven- Law of rhythm (seasons, cycles and stages of development)

Outcome: To understand how the season of nature also occur in our lives daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

To learn the 4 types of seasons and how they are presented in our own lives.

To learn how to make the most out of each season to make moving forward towards completing goals easier.

Week Twelve- Law of gender (masculine and feminine, being able to keep the balance)

Outcome: Learning and understanding about masculinity and femininity and how we have both inside of us.

To know when to use which gender to move through challenges.

To learn how the opposite sex thinks and feels during change and how to get that working for you rather than against.

Learning how to communicate with the opposite sex.

***

This course is a journey for an individual to progress as far as they desire, and it is their choice the size of life changes they are wanting to make in order to move forward. It is Spirit of the Phoenix responsibility to provide the information and tools necessary so the individual can take that journey and the weekly supportive environment with the horses to assist through their personal development using the framework of natures laws.

'If you love horses and being with horses I would suggest this as well if you struggle with mental health'
'My experience ding this for the first time was amazing, I loved every moment and found it gave me something to look forward to as well. It helped me be aware and see thing within myself that I maybe had disregarded as not important. Although the session is done in a group, it is only a small group and you still get the one to one time needed.
